Like a flower

To meet that special someone
To spend a bright moment by yourself
For those times,
FUTABA’s Inari Sushi is a perfect companion.

Our sweet, juicy tofu
wraps each bite in happiness.

Bringing a smile
With each small taste.
Like a beautifully flower
Blossoming in your heart.

Sweetness Is Deliciousness.

What FUTABA’s Inari Holds Dear:
Simply put, that “Sweetness Is Deliciousness.”

Believing that “sweetness” is the root of deliciousness, the taste that brings happiness,
Our Inari is crafted to deliver a full, delicate sweetness that unfolds the moment it’s enjoyed.

Then, there’s the texture.
To highlight the tofu’s tender touch and juiciness to the fullest,
We balanced the quantity and firmness of the rice, creating a light aftertaste as the tofu and rice dissolve together.

Three Commitments

Matsuyama-Age
A Tradition Over 140 Years Strong

For our tofu, we use “Matsuyama-age,” a long-standing specialty of Ehime Prefecture.

Known for its thin, low-moisture texture, this tofu soaks up a rich broth, creating a smooth, tender, and juicy texture essential to the FUTABA experience. It truly embodies our vision of Inari.

A Wide Variety of Pairings to Enhance the Experience

Our selection of toppings is as beautiful to the eye as it is delicious to the taste, an integral part of FUTABA Inari.

Under the guidance of chef Kato, the owner of Michelin-starred crustacean-specialty Japanese restaurant “Ubuka,” the Inari features various vegetables and meats, with toppings inspired by French interpretations. Each topping adds a delightful accent with different sauces, oils, and seasonings, creating a refined pairing of flavors that lets you savor both the Inari and its delicious ingredients together.

Adding Flavor to Those Precious Moments

At FUTABA, we don’t focus solely on taste and texture. We care deeply about creating moments where guests can enjoy conversation, share smiles, and feel happiness together.

FUTABA’s Inari brings joy to these moments of “talking, laughing, celebrating” by blending seamlessly into the experience.

Always there to quietly support the “delicious moment” – this is the FUTABA Inari we strive to create.

Symbol of FUTABA

logo

The fresh, vibrant green in FUTABA’s logo represents our wish for mutual understanding
between FUTABA and our customers, as well as between the giver and receiver of our Inari sushi.

Modeled after budding leaves reaching out together, the two leaves express a connection
that extends infinitely.
